This unique opportunity is for shoppers who are detail-oriented and can provide thoughtful feedback on our store’s environment, products, and customer service. East Race Market is a new grocery store, created by a team that doesn't have grocery experience. We care a lot, and are learning as we go. We are sure we are missing things that are important to our customers. Your contribution as a secret shopper is very important to us, and will help us to continue to grow and improve the East Race Market.
We are looking for shoppers who are comfortable providing candid feedback on their experience, and who spend at least $100 a week on groceries.
Secret Shoppers will either fill out an online form (like this one), or have a brief phone call to answer questions and share their observations and experience. The form or phone interview should take less then 5 minutes a week. To show our appreciation, we are offering participants a $100 gift card at the end of the 4 week Secret Shopper participation.
