This form is to report safeguarding concerns at events or activities organised by BOOST. 

If your concern is generally about a child or vulnerable adult then you should contact 999 or Onecall 01670 536 400

If you believe that a child or vulnerable adult is at immediate risk of harm you must contact the police or Onecall urgently. If the child or vulnerable adult is in need of urgent medical attention, call an ambulance. Although we aim to respond to any forms submitted via this form quickly there could be unavoidable delays and we cannot guarantee that we can respond to urgent concerns.

If your concern relates to an incident that occurred at an event/activity organised by BOOST, please provide details below. This should be limited to the facts. The Designated Safeguarding Lead will be in contact as soon as possible.

The information you give will be treated with confidence. We will share information with those that need to know to fully investigate the concern and safeguard the people concerned.
