Terms & Conditions of Participating in EIC Training as a Consultant: As an independent or management consultant, you can cite EIC’s Race Equity Cycle® framework (as you would any other analysis/framework developed by Race Equity Institute or Crossroads Anti-Racism and Organizing for example), but CANNOT provide consulting or coaching services based on it, train on the content, or market your services as “Race Equity Culture™ Services.” You can take the Race Equity Cycle® “cog” from our publication and include it as part of a presentation (thus citing it). You can also give the publication to clients as a pre-read for meetings, or as a resource/learning tool to reference (for a CDO or other executive leading/learning about this work). *
