Thank you for choosing to present at Anime USA, our convention would not be what it is without content creators like you! For the smoothest application process possible for all parties please read the following carefully.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE SUBMITTING A PANEL APPLICATION, DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR BADGE UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR APPROVAL OR DENIAL EMAIL. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR SPECIFIC REIMBURSEMENT POLICY INFORMATION.

2019 Badge Reimbursement Policy - A panelist must complete a minimum of one hour of programming to receive a badge. Any additional hour will afford one additional badge per hour. However, each hour is exclusive to one person. To receive credit, you must be the primary presenter on a panel or a clear contributor on at least two panels where the main presenter has already received credit for the first.

Panel Groups - Please have ONE presenter submit all of your panels and provide the SAME primary email address for ease of tracking.
