Use this form to join or renew your membership with PMSC. It's not necessary to fill out all the fields if you are uncomfortable sending that data. Membership fees for 2025  are $40.00 or $65.00 for a family and you can pay by Interac transfer to treasurer@pmsc.on.ca (auto deposit). If you wish to pay by
cheque or cash contact membership@pmsc.on.ca to make arrangements.
