Markets across the Greater Columbus area and Central Ohio. Load in + out at our Clintonville Studio
Position: We’re looking for outgoing, dependable team members who enjoy local markets, small businesses, and creating a welcoming customer experience. As part of the KNOTS + NOOK market team, you’ll help bring our brand to life at pop-up events throughout the Columbus area. Ideal candidates are proactive, adaptable, detail oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
This position is hands-on and fast paced. Responsibilities include, loading and transporting inventory, setting up displays and a tent, assisting customers, processing sales, restocking products, and maintaining an organized booth throughout the event. Team members should feel comfortable engaging with customers, answering questions about products and apparel sizing, and helping create a fun and positive shopping experience. Events require driving a company Sprinter van and/or truck with an enclosed trailer.
Requirements:
• Reliable transportation and weekend availability
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and assist with tent and display setup/teardown
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working independently and staying organized during busy events
• Comfortable driving a Sprinter van and/or truck with an enclosed trailer
• For larger 10x20 booth setups, team members may occasionally be asked to use their own vehicle to help transport additional inventory or equipment. Access to a crossover, SUV, truck, or larger vehicle is preferred for these events
• Sales or retail experience is a plus
• Friendly, confident, and excited about representing KNOTS + NOOK in the Columbus community
