Purpose - this form allows you so submit cases of harassment and abuse from Multitudes community members, whether that be observed or experienced. This form allows you to submit a digital report, anonymously if you would prefer.
Outcome - if you choose to give identifying information, we may talk to you to find out more information. We’ll make sure this is discreet, and you can bring support with you. We will NOT force you to have any form of confrontation or discussion with any of the people involved.
