Event Liability Waiver Agreement This Event Liability Waiver Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between H3AZ Events ("Organizer") and the participant ("Participant") attending the event ("Event") organized by the Organizer. By participating in the Event, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement. 1. Assumption of Risk: The Participant voluntarily assumes all risks and hazards associated with participating in the Event, including but not limited to, physical injury, illness, property damage, or any other harm that may occur as a result of attending or participating in the Event. 2. Release and Waiver: The Participant hereby releases, discharges, and holds harmless the Organizer, its officers, employees, agents, representatives, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, injury, illness, or damage suffered by the Participant during or as a result of the Event, including but not limited to negligence or any other act or omission by the Organizer or its representatives. 3. Indemnification: The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any and all costs, claims, damages, or liabilities, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with the Participant's attendance or participation in the Event. 4. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: The Participant agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines during the Event. Any violation may result in the Participant's removal from the Event at the Organizer's discretion. 5. Personal Property: The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the Participant's personal property during the Event. 6. Medical Considerations: The Participant represents and warrants that they are in good physical condition and have no known medical conditions that would prevent them from safely participating in the Event. The Participant assumes full responsibility for any medical expenses incurred as a result of any injury or illness sustained during the Event. 7. Photographic and Video Release: The Participant grants the Organizer the right to use any photographs or videos taken during the Event, without compensation, for promotional or marketing purposes. 8. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to be fully enforceable. 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Event is held. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be exclusively brought in the courts of that jurisdiction. By signing below, the Participant acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement, and voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions. *
