Burn Permit REQUEST for Porter and Mason Twp's PLEASE NOTE PERMITS are NOT active until approved. You will be notified via Phone and/or Email when approved.
YOU are responsible for controlling your fire, You must be present and attend your fire. Only Brush, Wood and Paper household products may be burned. If your fire creates a smoke or odor problem in the neighborhood it will be extinguished and you may incur a fine. Any fire emitting nuisance smoke or black smoke must be extinguished, and may incur a fine.
