Fiesta Day Parade Form 2025 (CLOSED)
The Fiesta Day Parade is a non-partisan, non-political event, intended to: celebrate patriotism, to honor those who died serving in the U.S. Armed Forces and to support this community's theme — Lake Life! We trust members of our community will respect the intent of this treasured celebration. Please submit only ONE application for the same club/organization/business. If your group already submitted an application, do not submit multiple entries with different contact names.

The contact person listed will be the ONLY person contacted in the week prior to the event with the lineup information via email. The contact person will be contacted earlier only if the Parade Director needs clarification.

Application deadline is May 16, 2025.

Political and/or controversial material will be reviewed as outlined in the Association's General Rules and Regulations rule GR.4.6 No Signs/Flags/Posters/Banners with vulgar, or obscene content or fighting words. Regardless of size, no sign, poster, flag, or banner viewable from the common area shall contain or imply by the use of symbols, missing letters, or images any "obscene material", "vulgar words" or "fighting words" as those terms are defined in the law or common decency.

8. All groups must stay together, participants should not pull ahead or fall behind their group.

9. All unloading and parking will be directed to Lighthouse Drive, on the right or left sides of the road. Please do not stop in the middle of the road to unload/park as it will block traffic and shuttles that need to get through.
