Solana Testnet Validator Registration
The purpose of this form is to develop a registry of the validators participating in the Solana testnet

The information you provide us will be used to:
1. Enable us to identify your validator node on the Solana testnet
2. Contact you from time to time with regards to the Solana testnet
3. Optionally generate credentials so your validator node can help us monitor the health of the Solana testnet

This information will not be shared outside of Solana unless you explicitly give us permission to do so.
