Service Provider Schedule:

Tuesday, April 16, 2019:
9:00 am - 3:00 pm Event Set-Up (by staff and select volunteers only)
3:00 pm - 5:00 pm Service Provider Set-Up and Registration (Service Providers may not setup booths prior to 3:00 pm)

Wednesday, April 17, 2019:
7:30 am - 8:00 am Pre-Event Rally and Opening Ceremony
8:00 am - 5:00 pm Doors Open to Veterans
5:00 pm - 7:00 pm Event Teardown

Provider Booths will receive:
One (1) 6-foot table
Two (2) chairs
Access to electrical outlet is not guaranteed.

Providers are encouraged to check-in on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm to receive agency wristbands, and provider materials. On Stand Down event day, Wednesday, April 17, 2019, providers should arrive no later than 7:30 am to participate in the pre-event rally/briefing/opening ceremony.

Provider Meals *
On event day, 4/17/19, a hot lunch (hot dog, chips, small fountain drink) will be sold by the venue at the cost of $7.95. No complimentary meal will be provided, and no outside food is permitted. In order for the venue to prepare the correct number of meals, please indicate below whether you will purchase a lunch.
Provider Shirts *
On event day, 4/17/19, providers are encouraged to wear their own agency shirts to represent themselves at their provider booth. An official Stand Down shirt will be available for purchase for $15, if you choose to wear this instead. If you are interested in ordering a Stand Down shirt, please indicate the SIZE and QUANTITY below. (Sizes Small - 3XL are available.) Answer N/A if you will not be purchasing a Stand Down shirt.

On Tuesday, April 16, 2019 from 3 pm - 5 pm, providers are welcome to set-up tablecloths, signage, etc. No valuables should be left at the event site. All materials should be labeled for proper identification. U.S.VETS and Big League Dreams do not maintain responsibility for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. This event is a safe zone for veterans, and is free of alcohol and drugs.

Also on set-up day, Tuesday, April 16, 2019, providers may check-in early for the event to avoid long lines on event day.

On Wednesday, April 17, 2019 for the main event, providers are requested to make arrangements with their own staff/volunteers to be present at their booth for the event's entire duration. Please avoid packing up and leaving early as veterans will arrive at different times throughout the day.
