Service Provider Schedule:

Providers are encouraged to check-in on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm to receive agency wristbands, and provider materials. On Stand Down event day, Wednesday, April 17, 2019, providers should arrive no later than 7:30 am to participate in the pre-event rally/briefing/opening ceremony.
Also on set-up day, Tuesday, April 16, 2019, providers may check-in early for the event to avoid long lines on event day.
On Wednesday, April 17, 2019 for the main event, providers are requested to make arrangements with their own staff/volunteers to be present at their booth for the event's entire duration. Please avoid packing up and leaving early as veterans will arrive at different times throughout the day.
