We are considering whether it is practical and/or desirable to renumber papers according to their year of publication. This would result in papers from 2021 to be numbered in volume 24, from 2022 to volume 25 and so on.

The primary benefit of this change would be to restore the existing link between the volume number and the year of first submission. The change will retain access to papers by their existing numbers (i.e. numbers in Volume 23), but the primary access will be through the new volumes.

This questionnaire is intended primarily for authors of papers that would be affected by this change, but anyone registered for JCSE may make a submission.
