If the proposed program includes routes to and from school, was routing software used to determine the number of vehicles necessary for student transportation to and from school?

Is your transportation fleet proposal the most cost-effective option available and have you considered alternatives? Please explain.

Do you have any students that require specialized transportation requirements? How will you prepare to accommodate those needs and requirements of an IDEA transportation program or student?

Describe your method of maintaining proper expense documentation for supplies, fuel, O&M expenditures/reporting, mileage, vehicle use, and ridership. Do you have a delegate to complete the required reporting and attend data collection training?

What is your strategy for implementing the required camera systems on new vehicles? Do you plan to install internal cameras in addition to the state statute-required external camera system? Do you have a plan for secure storage and disposal (after one year) of the videos?

Do you have the appropriate provisions for storing hazardous materials? Please explain.
