About the Retreat
We're used to doing this in-person, so come join us for this virtual experiment!
EVENT HIGHLIGHTS:
* Experience and explore mindful awareness and heartfulness meditation
* Day 1 is about Community: social time, readings and discussions, and guided meditations
* Day 2 is about Immersion: completely silent with guided meditations and instructions, introspective time
KEY EXPECTATIONS:
* We'll be using Zoom and *request* that everyone shows up with full video and audio
* We are trying to create a "No Cell Phone" Zone - except for the Zoom call, be prepared to turn off your cell phones, shut away all your emails and other notifications
* You can sign up for either or both days, but you're expected to attend for *the entire day* to fully benefit from the experience!

DAY 1: COMMUNITY

10:00-10:30am: Introductions, Ground Rules
10:30-10:50am: Mindfulness Awareness
10:50-11:10am: Reflection, Journaling, and Individual Reading
11:10-12:00pm: Breakout Sessions, Small Group Discussions
12:00-12:45pm: Lunch Time/Social Time (You're welcome to go make/eat your lunch)
12:45-1:15pm: Deepening the Meditation Experience
1:15-1:45pm: Choose Your Own Adventure! (Individual Reflection or Community Discussion)
1:45-2:30pm: Heartfulness Meditation with Relaxation, followed by Reflection/Journaling
DAY 2: IMMERSION

9:00-9:30am: Introductions, Ground Rules
9:30-10:15am: Guided Meditation and Instruction
10:15-11:15am: Individual Time for Meditation, Walking, Reflection/Journaling
11:15-12:00pm: Guided Meditation and Instruction
12:00-12:45pm: Lunch Time w/ Silence
12:45-2:15pm: Individual Time for Meditation, Walking, Reflection/Journaling
2:15-3:00pm: Guided Meditation and Discussion/Q&A
