Thank you for taking the time to participate in this anonymous survey to share how we are doing as a church and how we have been helping you grow spiritually. Your feedback will help us understand your needs better and learn what has been working (and not working) as we start our planning for 2024. The first 2 sections consist of a total of 25 multiple choice questions and will take you about 10 minutes to complete. All questions in these 2 sections require a response. The final section allows you to enter open ended responses and is optional to complete. Your personal information is optional and will only be used to follow up directly with you in the open-ended responses.
