CHS is not currently accepting responses at this time. The Mentor Coordinator, Ms. Rebecca Aubery, will be coming to academy classes in late September to explain the Mentor Program and then you will be able to fill out your application.

The deadline to submit an application to have a mentor for the 2024-25 school year is Monday, September 30th.
