Dear Exhibitor,

Welcome to the 2017 St. Paul School “Deck the Halls” Christmas Bazaar! The bazaar will be held at St. Paul School, 61 Moss Road Westerville, OH 43082 on Saturday Nov. 18, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Please read all of the following information before submitting the contract below.

SPACE/FEE/ACCOMMODATIONS: We will be using the Parish Activities Center (AC) and the school gym for the bazaar. The fee for a space is $70.00 each. Each space will include a complimentary table - please DO NOT bring your own table. The provided table(s) are eight (8) feet long by four (4) feet wide and the depth of each space will be approx five (5) feet deep. If you require more than the 8 x 5 space, please rent additional spaces. For your convenience, the table(s) will already be set up in your space. You must bring your own covering for each table you reserve. Please DO NOT move table(s) around. Any display equipment must not damage school property and meet committee standards. We thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter. Free WiFi will be available for exhibitor use.

EXHIBITOR HOURS: Doors will open at 7:30 a.m. for exhibitor set up only and should be completed by 9:45 a.m. We require that you do not tear down before 3:00 p.m. to allow late shoppers a chance to see all of the items.

RAFFLE DONATION: We require each vendor to donate an item of no less than $5.00 in value for our bazaar raffle display. Remember, this is an opportunity to advertise your products at the raffle and draw traffic to your table!

CONTRACT/PAYMENT: Please complete and submit the contract below. Once you have submitted the contract and payment has been received, you will receive an email receipt. Later on, a second email will be sent with exhibitor details. If any requests you have made on your contract cannot be granted, you will be contacted directly by phone or email.
Please be sure to write your full name/company and “exhibitor payment” in the memo section of your check. Make your check payable to St. Paul PAC and mail to:

DIRECT SALES: If you are associated with a direct sales company (ex. Avon, Thirty-One Gifts, Pampered Chef) please note only direct sales company exhibitors who participated last year may submit a contract at this time as we only invite one exhibitor from each direct sales company. Please return your application by July 28, 2017. If you are interested in being a direct sales exhibitor in the future, please email Jane Nagel at janenagel@insight.rr.com with your name, direct sales company and "Christmas Bazaar" in the subject line of your email. You will be contacted if there is an opening.
