Downtown Brooklyn Plaza Guidelines and Event Application
The Downtown Brooklyn Partnership manages one million feet of public space in Downtown Brooklyn. That includes some of Brooklyn’s busiest plazas in New York City’s third largest shopping district. You can reach thousands of residents and office workers in the heart of Brooklyn’s central business district.

Our five pedestrian plazas are available for events, markets, art exhibitions, commercial photography shoots and filming. Or tie into our robust community programming for your next pop-up or branding opportunity. Our plazas are easy to get to from Brooklyn, Manhattan and beyond.

Note: you may need to apply for additional permits from the Street Activity Permitting Office, NYPD, and NY Health Department for your event.
