2019 Black Out Loud Conference Poetry & Essay Challenge
The second annual Black Out Loud Conference is offering  registration-free scholarships to a few select attendees who compose the  best  poem or essay that encompasses one of the 2019 themes (mental health awareness, criminal justice reform or financial empowerment). Only one submission of poem or essay per person. Essays have a 300 word maximum count.Fill out information below including the text for your poem or essay. Submission deadline Friday, July 19, 2019.
