Choir Calendar Check-off 
This form helps us know in advance about any participation conflicts with our choir events. Entries are timestamped, so the most recent response will be used, so if your situation changes, please just fill it out again. If it is less than 2 weeks before the event affected, please email Dr Morton as well!
If you can't participate in a required event, you must give a SHORT accounting of why in the "Other" box.  Like "Soccer tournament", "Dance performance" or "family event".

4/24 State CMEA Festival at Sonoma St University
A Choir Only *
Bus transportation at 8:30am, return at 9:00pm.   Our warm-up is at 2pm, and performance is 2:30pm.  

Festival ends at 5pm.  The evening concert at the Filipino Cultural Center in SF has been cancelled.   Instead we will make a fun stop on the way home, as well as stop for dinner.

An early return car might be able to come back at 3pm for some needing to return early.  To arrive in the area between 4:45 and 5:30pm.

4/25 CMEA Festival at Graham MS (Mountain View)

5/20 - Spring Concert at HHS *
Wednesday, 5/20 in the HHS Auditorium.  Concert begins at 7:30pm.  Students need to show by 6:00pm.

4/10 - 3:10-4:15pm Performance at HHS *
Friday, 4/10 in the HHS Auditorium.  This is a performance for the class of '79 reunion.  Choir shirt and blue/black from waist down.  Done by 4:30 at the latest, probably 4:15.

June 3rd, (Wednesday) is the choir Celebration in the iHub
This event is fun, so add it to your calendar.  It does not count for your grade and I don't need to know if you have to miss it.
