Hello Fairmont Falcons, in an effort to ensure that all students, staff and families have the ability to report school safety issues anonymously to school leadership, we've added an "Incident Report Form" to the Website!

This form is for those individuals who wish to remain anonymous and want to report, but don't exactly know what they should do. Parents can also continue to communicate with the school directly via email or phone.

This form is intended to be a proactive way to ensure that lines of communication are open and that there exists a way for the students to report incidents and maintain anonymity. Should you have any questions please feel free to contact us @ 208-854-4970.

Please be aware that this form is not monitored outside of school hours. If you have an immediate need involving criminal activities, please call 208-343-COPS. If you need support regarding a mental health crisis, please contact the Idaho Suicide Hotline at 988.
