$100 non-refundable deposit for marching band- charged to student fees in spring

Pay the remaining $100 toward the Lakota Local School District fee of $200(total) billed in fall
o
Submit the students’ ID number on all forms of payment.
o
Contact Andrew Carr, Director of Bands as soon as possible at
andrew.carr@lakotaonline.com with any financial concerns. (This shouldn’t keep anyone from participating in the group.)
o
Purchase or rent personal items (including summer uniform, shoes, black socks, instruments, guard apparel/accessories, etc) as needed to maintain like-new condition and uniform appearance.
o
We will take one trip to Hawaii at seasons end. This is NOT required for participation in marching band. The projected cost is $3800. Commitment forms for the trip and payments will be run separately through the travel company Gateway.
