Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Intercultural Community Center's Adult Program! ICC is a nonprofit that supports New Mainers by providing accessible education, health, and social services. We are always looking for dedicated volunteers to provide educational and social support to the adults and youth that we serve.
This form is specifically for those who are interested in volunteering either/or our Adult Program, or with our various development needs such as attending community events, or assisting with grant and donor acquisition.
Current Needs
- Adult Program: Drop-In English Tutoring Support
ICC's Summer Drop-In English Tutoring program is held in collaboration with Walker Memorial Library in Westbrook. The program is held from 12:00pm-2:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the dates of June 23rd and July 23rd. There is no programming on July 14th and July 16th* This is a free programming offering tutoring and conversational practice for English Language Learners. Volunteers will support and communicate with ICC's ESL Instructor, Crystal Adams.
- Fundraising and Development: There are no specific needs at this time, please complete the form if you are interested in volunteering for general development needs.
