This form is designed to capture nominations for individuals to be considered for induction into the WA Hall of Champions. It ensures that outstanding athletes from across Western Australia are formally recognised and presented to the Selection Committee for consideration. Nomination does not guarantee induction but enables individuals to be included in the assessment process.
The Selection Committee will assess nominees against the
following criteria:- Outstanding sporting achievement at the highest level.
- Demonstrated impact on their sport through performance and achievement.
- Recognised as a product of the WA sporting system or having established their reputation while resident in WA.
- Retired from the highest level of competition for a minimum of five (5) years.
