The Game - Spring 2012

Using the fast-paced energy of short-form improv, students will learn how to explore and manipulate the game of the scene. Players will understand how to find and play patterns within the game, manipulate and heighten the suggestion of the game and to play to the top of their intelligence. This course ends in a share performance for an invited audience.

Week 1 (BOTH SECTIONS MEET AT Hartford Children's Theatre):
Sunday, 4/22 4PM - 7PM

Weeks 2-7 (Section One at HCT, Section Two at CAoP)
Sunday, 4/29 4PM - 7PM
Sunday, 5/6 4PM - 7PM
Sunday, 5/13 4PM - 6:30PM (Note: shorter class. After class, see Sea Tea Improv at City Steam)
Sunday, 5/27 4PM - 7PM
Sunday, 6/3 4PM - 7PM
Sunday, 6/10 4PM - 7PM

Week 8 (BOTH SECTIONS MEET AT Hartford Children's Theatre):
Sunday, 6/17 4PM - 6PM - Class, 6PM - 7PM - Share Performance
