Thank you for thinking of the Children’s Museum for your field trip. Please fill out this form to help us serve you better.  
All requests must be made at least 2 weeks in advance and are subject to availability. Submission of this form is not confirmation of your reservation. The Community Access Coordinator will contact you to confirm the details of your reservation. Your reservation is complete when you receive a confirmation email including an invoice (PDF attachment).

Please note: Self-guided field trip rates do not apply during Denver Public Schools' fall break, winter break or spring break.

the details:

  • Self-guided field trips are available Monday - Friday
  • Field trips will take place from 9 am - 12:30 pm OR 12:30 pm - 4 pm
  • 1 chaperone per 5 children required and chaperones within the 1:5 ratio are free; additional chaperones are $11.50 each
  • $11.50 per child, minimum 10 children

If you are not a school group, day camp, or day care, you qualify as a group visit

Financial aid is available to Title 1 schools and to groups where 50% or more of the student population is eligible for the Federal Free & Reduced Lunch (FRL) program. Not sure what your school’s FRL percentage is? You can look it up here.
