All requests must be made at least 2 weeks in advance and are subject to availability. Submission of this form is not confirmation of your reservation. The Education Administrative Coordinator will contact you to confirm the details of your reservation. Your reservation is complete when you receive a confirmation email including an invoice.

Please note: Self-guided field trip rates do not apply during Denver Public Schools' fall break, winter break or spring break.

  • Self-guided field trips are available Monday - Friday
  • Field trips will take place from 9 am - 12:30 pm OR 12:30 pm - 4 pm
  • 1 chaperone per 5 children required, all chaperones are free
  • $11 per child, minimum 10 children

If you are not a school group, day camp, or day care, you qualify as a group visit

Financial aid is available to Title 1 schools and to groups where 50% or more of the student population is eligible for the Federal Free & Reduced Lunch (FRL) program. Not sure what your school’s FRL percentage is? You can look it up here.
