2026-27 Alternative Education Application
This form will be used to determine placement into alternative programs in the Coos Bay School District for the 2026-27 school year. The responses to the application as well as each situation will be taken into consideration. Due to limited slots in all programs, not all students will be accepted.

Once capacity is reached, a waitlist will be formed. The waitlist will be determined based on fit of program for student including grade level, current enrollment, and other factors not the timestamp of the application.

It is important that the application is fully filled out with accurate and thoughtful answers. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Please note that we will not begin processing applications for the 2026-27 school year until after June 10.

The Coos Bay Alternative Education office is located at 1255 Hemlock Avenue in the Milner Crest Education Center. If you need direct assistance, please call 541-267-1485.

Students currently enrolled in an alternative program (except Resource Link Charter School) must complete the application each year as enrollment is not automatic.
