The Bridge VBS Participant Registration 
Thank you for your interest in our VBS program occurring June 1-5 at The Bridge West Campus, 8150 N Sandy Desert Trail from 9 am to 12:15 pm. Our program is open to participants from ages 3 (and potty trained) through 12. The cost for registration is $30 per participant. At the conclusion of this form, you will be provided a link to make payment online if you prefer paying immediately. Otherwise, payment will continue to be accepted in the giving box during the regular weekend services through cash, check or credit card. Please be sure to note VBS and your child/ children's name(s) on the payment envelope. We are looking forward to seeing your kiddos and putting on a great week of fun and learning about God, Jesus, and the Bible.
