Participant Recruitment Form for Honours Research Project
Dear participant, 

I hope you are well. My name is Sona and I am Honours student at the Australian National University currently completing a project in the College of Medicine and Psychology. My supervisor is Brett Scholz, and my project is exploring the experiences of migrant consumer representatives who are/who have been involved in advocacy within the healthcare sector. I am recruiting participants for my project, specifically, I am looking for consumer representatives who are of migrant background. 

The purpose of this google form is to gather initial information from individuals who might be interested in being interviewed for our study. Your insights are incredibly valuable to me, and could help shape future policies and practices in healthcare advocacy. Please take a few minutes to fill out this form. Your responses will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of this research. Participation is voluntary and you may withdraw at any time without consequences.
