ACP Additional User Access
Complete the following form to request one (1) additional user to have ACP access in DRIVES. Please be specific when answering why this additional access is needed. If a business unit or county have not currently fulfilled their allotted two (2) staff members at the office being requested, this form is not necessary. Additionally, if a staff member is going out on extended leave please request the current users access be suspended and add a new user. No more than three (3) users maximum will be allowed for any office. In order to maintain privacy in this essential program, please ensure that additional requested users are necessary for the operations of the office.
