URx Forward (May 6-7, 2021) is a live online event that brings together the community of passionate professionals focused on diversity recruiting & early career talent. Our goal is to provide attendees with thought leadership, skill-building workshops, and opportunities to connect with the resources that will move their teams #URxForward!

We welcome Recruiters, Recruiting Managers, Employee Development Professionals, Employer Relations and Academic Program Administrators.

Our goal is to curate relevant and engaging content in an effort to empower the community of passionate professionals across all industries. We want the audience to walk away feeling inspired to execute new ideas and strategies learned from this event. We welcome all submissions but are particularly interested in those that highlight diversity & inclusion, recruiting strategies, talent development, relationship building and managing programs in a virtual environment.

The deadline to submit a proposal is Friday, March 5th. Speakers will be notified no later than March 8th, 2021. Selected proposals will receive a 50% discounted ticket to the event and a custom 10% discount code to share with your team or network.

Panel Discussion - These provide insight about a topic or range of topics among 2 - 4 panelists who share differing perspectives. (45 minutes)
