Private tour bookings require advance payment. Once we send you an invoice, we will hold your date for three days as a courtesy. Unpaid invoices may be cancelled after three days. Tour dates are not booked until payment is made in full.
All tour bookings are subject to availability and are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Cancellations must be made a minimum of two weeks prior to the tour date in order to receive a refund; cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the tour date will receive a 50% refund. All refunds are subject to a $50 administrative fee plus any applicable ticketing fees. Tours cannot be rescheduled once booked; in the event you cannot make your tour, you must cancel your booking and submit a new private tour request.
No refunds will be given for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice.
Private tours begin promptly at the stated time; we recommend you arrive fifteen minutes prior to the tour start time. Tours will be adjusted to fit the remaining available time in the case of late customer arrivals.
Price quoted does not include service fees or gratuities for your guide.
