Our Values:
Vegan 100% (no bee products, leather or sheep skins etc)
Raw (we require the majority of the food to be raw, some healthy cooked may be allowed in line with our food policy)
Organic (where possible we expect food to be organic, at least 90% is a requirement)
Natural (any skin products must have all natural ingredients and sustainability sourced where possible)
Green/Eco Friendly (please use recyclable, reusable and bio degradable materials where possible)
Child Friendly

No Alcohol, Smoking, Drugs, or Junk Food: We have a strict, zero tolerance policy to smoking, ALL drugs and alcohol. Any trader or staff seen selling or smoking/drinking etc onsite will be asked to leave and your trader pass revoked immediately, so you will no longer be able to trade.

Please note that all bookings have a refundable deposit of £50 and more for large catering stalls.

Food Traders must read our food policy***

All Traders must have public liability insurance and food traders must have food hygiene and all electrical equipment PAT tested.
