The following are our cuts unless otherwise specified this is how your cuts will be prepared:
  • Steaks will be cut to 1"
  • All steaks will be packaged 2 per package
  • Roasts are cut at 3-4# and packaged 1 per package
  • All ground bison will be packaged in 1 lb. packages
