Funding Survey: MotherToBaby Utah / Pregnancy Risks Line
MotherToBaby Utah requests your help. We need your assistance in identifying future funding sources to enable MotherToBaby Utah / Pregnancy Risk Line to continue to provide services as we have for the past 35 years. MTB UT faces the potential loss, by October 2020, of much of the Title V Maternal and Child Health Block Grant funding, approximately two-thirds of our operating budget.

Utah's Maternal and Child Health Block Grant, which provides most of the funding for the Pregnancy Risk Line / MotherToBaby Utah program, is doing a recurring 5-year needs assessment this year. This is the time when performance measures are chosen and budgets are decided for the next 5 years. These budget priorities will determine staffing levels, and possibly reductions, of programs. In preparation for the assessment we are gathering a list of stakeholders (organization, contact person, email, phone, and initial comments) so that we can gather your input and feedback as the needs assessment progresses over the next several months.
Please take a few minutes to answer the questions below to give us an idea of how your organization utilizes and values MTB UT services and share any funding suggestions you may have.
