By signing below you agree to abide by the rules and guidelines set forth by the London Strawberry Festival and understand that if you do not follow these guidelines you will be asked to leave the lineup.
To ensure the safety of all participants and spectators, all parade entries must agree to the following rules and expectations:
Vehicle Safety Requirements
No one is permitted to sit on the hood, roof, or fenders of any vehicle.
Participants may stand in the back of a truck, stand through a sunroof, or sit on the back of a seat in a convertible.
All participants must remain securely positioned at all times—no hanging off or climbing on moving vehicles.
Distribution Rules
No candy, flyers, or giveaways may be thrown from a vehicle or float.
No printed materials may be distributed along the parade route.
Keep It Moving
All parade entries must maintain a slow, steady pace to avoid gaps and delays.
Stopping for performances, photos, or interactions with the crowd is not permitted.
General Conduct
Parade entries must be family-friendly and respectful of the community atmosphere.
All drivers must be licensed and insured, and all vehicles must be in good working order.
Liability & Compliance
Parade organizers reserve the right to remove any entry not following the rules.
By participating, all entrants agree to assume full responsibility for their safety and conduct.
