Al Khaleel Travels & Retreats – Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Payments
    •    A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
    •    Full payment must be received by the stated deadline (usually 6–8 weeks before departure).
    •    Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.

2. Pricing
    •    All prices are quoted in [currency] and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
    •    Prices include the land package (accommodation, meals as specified, transport, guided tours).
    •    Flights are not included unless explicitly stated.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
    •    Cancellations must be made in writing.
    •    Deposits are non-refundable.
    •    Refunds (if applicable) depend on the time of cancellation and third-party supplier policies.
    •    Al Khaleel reserves the right to cancel or amend retreats due to circumstances beyond our control (political instability, safety concerns, natural disasters). In such cases, refunds or alternative arrangements will be offered where possible.

4. Visas & Travel Documents
    •    Participants are responsible for securing their own visa(s) and travel documents, including the Israeli ETA pre-departure requirement.
    •    Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
    •    Al Khaleel can provide guidance but is not liable for visa rejections, delays, or additional entry requirements.

5. Health & Vaccinations
    •    Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel.
    •    No specific vaccinations are required, but it is advised to check local health guidelines.
    •    Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.

6. Travel Insurance
    •    Comprehensive travel insurance (including medical cover, cancellations, and emergencies) is mandatory for all participants.
    •    Proof of insurance may be requested before departure.

7. Itinerary & Programme
    •    The published itinerary (including visits to Masjid al-Aqsa, Mount of Olives, Bethlehem, Hebron, etc.) is a guide and may be subject to change due to local conditions, border restrictions, or safety requirements.
    •    Al Khaleel will do its utmost to deliver the full programme but reserves the right to amend schedules if necessary.

8. Conduct & Behavior
    •    Participants are expected to conduct themselves with respect and in accordance with Islamic values throughout the retreat.
    •    Any behavior that disrupts the group, violates local laws, or disrespects sacred sites may result in removal from the programme without refund.

9. Liability
    •    Al Khaleel acts as a facilitator between participants and third-party suppliers (hotels, transport companies, guides).
    •    We are not liable for injury, loss, delays, or expenses caused by third parties, government decisions, or circumstances beyond our control.
    •    Participants agree to travel at their own risk and responsibility.

10. Acknowledgement

By booking with Al Khaleel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
