The following form acts as an RSVP for any Hermits Alumni members who plan to attend this annual event. Please indicate the number of any additional family &/or guests you plan to bring with you. The format for the day is as follows:

9:15-9:30 am - Arrival to the Forum Building 
9:45 am - Annual Alumni Mass in Rodio Gym
11 am (approx.) - Group Photo & Social in the Vincent Building followed by an opportunity to enjoy campus
