2025 PDSSSC Golf Gala Day Entry Form
This is the entry form for students to use when they wish to enter the PDSSSC Golf Gala Day to be held at Stonecutters Ridge Golf Club, Stonecutters Drive, Colebee on Wednesday 5th November. Entries close on Monday 20th October.

Registration will be at 7.30am for a 8.00am first tee time. The day will finish around 3.00pm with a presentation.
To register, all players MUST have a handicap (Boys - 24 or lower, Girls 36 or lower) and a current Golflink number. If the maximum number of entries (48) is exceeded, players will be accepted based on a lower handicap.

You will be notified if your nomination is successful by Wednesday 15th October. The email you receive from this nomination is not an acceptance into this event -  it is merely acknowledging receipt of your nomination.

If you are successful, there is an approximate $35 green fee, to be confirmed,  payable at the Golf Pro Shop on the day.
