2024 Statewide Resolution, Rules, & Platform Submission - txdem.co/Convention-Resolutions 
Resolutions entered via this form txdem.co/Convention-Resolutions are available at txdem.co/March-23-Resolutions. Rules, Resolutions, and Platform Proposals are submitted in resolution form along with the filer's County/Congressional District and other information.

Once there is a critical mass of resolutions entered into the form, a folder of documents txdem.co/March-23-Folder (link not yet live) shall be created with a subfolder of Rules Proposals (numbered 1000-1999), and subfolder of Resolutions (numbered 2000-2999) & Platform (numbered 3000-3999) Proposals by category. Once this folder is created, if someone from a different convention wants to sponsor a resolution from another convention, they may do so at txdem.co/March-23-Local-Sponsor (link not yet live) and its form output sheet will be available at txdem.co/March-23-Local-Sponsor-Sheet (link not yet live).

Eligibility: Resolutions may only be submitted by a person eligible to participate in this convention. Persons ineligible are those who have in 2024 signed an oath of affiliation for another party, voted in a primary of another party, or who has participated in a convention of another party, as well as persons who are not registered to vote in the district (County/CD).

Valid through March 20: This form is the statewide entry form for Statewide Resolution, Rules, & Platform submissions via Resolutions for the March 23 County/CD Conventions held across the state. County/CD conventions shall bring up all submissions from their County/CD at their convention, and delegates to that convention may sponsor any submission from another County/CD to be brought up at their convention (and may also bring up Resolutions that are filed locally and not via this form.

This form is closed to submissions March 21-22.

Valid For March 23 - March 28: This form has changed into a submission form for convention chairs, convention secretaries, or their designees for any resolutions/rules passed by a convention favorably, unfavorably, or without recommendation that did not enter the them in the statewide system (this form) before March 21. ONLY CONVENTION CHAIRS/SECRETARIES/COMMITTEE CHAIRS OR THIER DESIGNEES ARE ALLOWED TO FILL OUT THIS FORM MARCH 23-28.
