Please use these instructions to help fill out the application for free or reduced-price school meals. You only need to submit one application per household, even if your children attend more than one school in Oak Grove R-VI. You are not required to fill out the application.  The application must be filled out completely to certify your children for free or reduced-price school meals. Sections 1 and 2 show the Letter to Parents and copy of the Application, and Section 3 is the section where you enter your information.  If at any time you are not sure what to do next, please contact  lreader@ogr6.org.
