- OUTlet (Ages 18-26) Tuesdays 7:00PM-8:30PM: A nurturing and affirming space for LGBTQIA+ young adults to explore mental health concerns, discuss coping strategies, and build sustainable skills for long-term wellness through peer support and evidence-based strategies.
To join, complete a short interest form. A staff member will reach out to schedule a 15 minute Zoom orientation to review orientation to review group guidelines and ensure a good fit before participation.

Interested in individual therapy? Our Elevate Program also offers 10 free sessions of individual counseling for LGBTQIA+ youth and young adults (12-26). Services are provided in a trauma-informed, affirming space and can support youth and young adults with concerns such as anxiety, depression, academic stress, relationship challenges, substance use, and exploration of gender and sexual identity.
