Fee Assistance Request Form
Please read the following prior to filling out the application.

Participants experiencing a financial hardship may request a waiver for a reduction of registration fees. The purpose of this program is to promote and ensure equal and active participation in the Stonewall Sports Raleigh league. Please see below for additional details:
  • Applications will be accepted prior to registration opening through early registration ONLY
  • Form must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the sport's early registration deadline
  • The program is effective and open to all new or returning SWR players
  • Applicants may seek a 50% or 100% reduction in fees or may choose to pay for their shirt
  • One waiver permitted per season per player
  • Maximum of two waivers per year per participant
  • Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served, individual basis 
  • Discounts will be allocated based on available funds per season
  • Requests will be reviewed within seventy-two hours of submission
  • If requesting assistance for an event, list the event and choose 50% reduction
