Adat Shalom Preschool Application for Registration 2025-2026

Welcome to Adat Shalom Preschool Registration for the 2025-2026 School Year!

Please use the form below to register your child for the upcoming school year. A separate form must be completed for each child.

Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and enrollment is contingent upon sufficient interest and staffing for each class. If you register before March 1, a non-refundable registration fee of $50 is due.   After March first, the registration fee is $75. You will receive an email confirmation once your child’s enrollment is secured.

Payment is required to secure your child's spot.  When both the application and the registration fee are   received, then you will get an email confirmation that your child is registered. 

If an account is already set up, current Preschool families can pay the registration fee through their ShulCloud account here  https://adatshalombnaisrael.shulcloud.com/ 

 Forms of Payments accepted at Adat Shalom

We accept Checks, cash, Mastercard and VISA Credit Cards. A transaction fee of 3% will now be automatically added to all CREDIT CARD payments as of 7/11/2025.

To enroll in ACH payments please call the office at 412-820-7000.

Make checks out to Adat Shalom and mail it to: Adat Shalom Preschool, 368 Guys Run Road, Cheswick, PA 15024.  Please put the student's name in the subject line.
