2024 Mental Health Awareness Expo
Join Assemblywoman Michaelle Solages and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. - Iota Theta Zeta Chapter for a Mental Health Awareness Expo.

The goal of this event is to educate community members on wellness practices and how we can incorporate mental wellness into our everyday lives. This event will include presentations by mental health professionals and  wellness programming led by the SLAP Collective. Activities include yoga/guided meditation, affirmation writing exercises, an interactive Q&A, and more!
