Eid-Festival-Bazaar Vendor Application-2018
Application Deadline: June 5th, 2018
All applications should reach Eid Festival committee by May 10th, 2018. No late Applications are accepted.
Eid Festival Details:
An evening of an open-air event on Thursday June 14th, 2018
Set-Up Hours: 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Public Hours: 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
The location: Islamic Center of Irvine, 2 Truman, Irvine, CA, 92620
Eid Booth Details:
Booth includes: One (1) 10’ x 10’ canopy, two (2) standard 6’ x 30” table and two (2) chairs.
Please bring your own table cloth/cover, Banner, as well as your own EXTENSION CORDS.

Festival (Non-Food and Food Booth) at $100.00.
Young Entrepreneurs (8 to 16 yrs. old) Booth (Food or Non-Food) at $50 each.

Payments will be collected after the vendors are approved by the Eid festival committee.

PLEASE NOTE: This application and contract should be submitted by April 21st, 2018.
Payment in FULL must be received no later than Saturday May 5th, 2018 to confirm and guarantee your booth space(s) after the vendor has been selected and has received a confirmation email from the Eid festival committee. Due to non-payment and/or vendor delays, Booths will be offered to other vendors on the waitlist. No Exceptions.
We do not accept payment on the day of the EID Festival. We do not accept payment after the EID Festival. We do not accept partial payment with a balance to be paid after the EID Festival. Vendors must make full and complete payment no later than May 5th to be guaranteed a booth and space. Verbal conversations with any EID Festival committee member, staff or management does not form or constitute an agreement unless it is confirmed in writing and authorized by the EID Festival Chairman.
