You must be involved with the BCM for at least one semester to apply (one year preferred). You must also be an enrolled student. Please see BCM staff with any questions! All applications must be submitted no later than Sunday, November 23rd at 11:59pm...late applications will NOT be accepted. Please make sure you have well thought out answers to the questions being asked. Paragraph form is perferred not sentence form. 2. Are you a follower of Jesus Christ? How do you know? *
3. How comfortable are you in sharing the Gospel? Please give a recent example (past semester) of a conversation you've had. *
4. Do you faithfully attend BCM functions? If so, please list the weekly events you attend regularly. *
5. Are you involved in a Connect Group? If so, which one, and what have been the three biggest takeaways from your group this year? *

11. On average, individuals on BCM Leadership spend 8-10 hours per week outside of the Outlet serving, and we hold all of our leaders to that standard. Is this commitment realistic with your current schedule? *
12. Do you consider yourself an introvert, ambivert, or extrovert? Do you know your preferred communication style? How do you handle feedback and sharing responsibility with others? *
13. Are you comfortable leading a devotion or prayer? In a small group, large group or both? *
14. Are you able to commit to at least one full calendar year as a leader (August – May)? *For December applicants, a semester plus a calendar year (Dec-May of the next year)* *
15. Will you be available for Leadership meetings (every other Monday from 6:00pm – 8:00pm)? *
BCM Leaders are held to the Biblical standards of Christian servant leadership. BCM leaders are expected to not consume alcohol, tobacco, and/or un-prescribed/illegal drugs. By submitting this document for review, you agree to abide by the aforementioned guidelines. Failure to do so will result in dismissal from BCM Leadership if selected to serve and lead. *
BCM Leaders are held to a higher covenantal standard based out of Scriptural teaching. Please see the attached document and Come With Questions please!!

Important Information Regarding Interview Day/Next Steps
Please note: submission of an application does NOT guarantee an interview. If you are selected to move to the next stage, interviews for BCM Leadership will take place on Thursday, December 4th and Friday, December 5th between 8am and 4pm and they will last approximately 25 minutes per applicant. Once your application is submitted, you will be contacted regarding your interview date and time via the cell number you provided above.
