I hereby grant to the "Company and its assigns the irrevocable right and permission, to use, reuse, publish and republish, and otherwise reproduce, modify and display the participant's name(s) and/or the likeness(es) of the participant(s), with or without other persons, that are included in any photograph(s), video(s), artistic rendering(s) or other representations that the Company will make, has made, has had made or has otherwise obtained, to copyright the same, in its own name or otherwise, in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with likenesses of other persons, and in conjunction with any copyrighted or copyrightable matter, in any and all print, electronic, digital and other media now or hereafter known, for use, distribution, advertisement, publication, promotion, merchandising, and commercial exploitation in any medium, whether now known or hereafter created; and to use my name in connection therewith if the Company so chooses.

Demo Team Performances
Demo Team Performances are scheduled events where the Demo Team will perform their "Demo" live in front of an audience of some kind. These Performances will all be recorded and posted on Social Media and advertisements. Students who do not sign and agree below will not be allowed to do any Demo Team Performances, they may still attend practices. 

Demo Team Practices occur on a regular basis (currently every 2 weeks on Tuesdays, but more practices may be scheduled soon). The Practices may have some videos recorded that will be posted on Social Media and advertisements. A participant without this Media Release signed and agreed to can attend Demo Team practice, but they will be asked to sit out of the recording parts of Demo Team Practice.
