Norfolk Community/Feral Cat Assistance
ART/SpayHR has funds to assist citizens with the costs of spay/neuter for Norfolk community* and feral cats. Please fill out the form completely, and we will respond as soon as possible.

NOTE: We have very limited assistance available for the trapping, transportation, and recuperation steps of TNR. If you've never done TNR (trap-neuter-return) but believe you can help, the video below provides a brief, informative overview.

* A community cat is generally an outdoor cat that lives in the community. A feral cat also lives in the community but is scared of people.

** You will receive a response from spayhr2010@gmail.com within 7 business days. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder for this reply.
